Where the answers come from
Assistants build answers from a handful of sources. Which ones they cite varies by assistant, city and week, so treat this as the list to get right, not a ranking.
- Google Business Profile. Services, hours, booking link and reviews that name treatments.
- RealSelf. A large treatment-review site for cosmetic procedures, often cited for treatment and provider questions.
- Yelp. Reviews and ratings commonly cited for “best med spa” questions.
- Brand provider finders. Allergan (Botox, Juvéderm) and other manufacturers list providers, which confirms you offer a product.
- Your website. Treatment pages, pricing, injector credentials and before-and-after context.
What AI gets wrong about med spas
- Treatments offered. Device-based treatments like Morpheus8 or specific lasers are asked about by brand name and have to appear by name.
- Pricing. Per-unit and package prices change; assistants quote old ones if that’s all they can find.
- Who does the treatment. Clients ask about credentials. If injectors’ credentials aren’t stated, assistants can’t answer.
- Medical director and licensing. Trust questions are answered from pages that name the medical director.

- Name your injectors and their credentials. RN, NP, PA or MD, with a short bio for each, on your site.
