Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of HighlySpoken, operated by HighlySpoken LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By running a check, creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them. Plain English wherever we can manage it.

What HighlySpoken does
We ask AI assistants, including ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, the kinds of questions customers ask, and report whether and how they mention a business, what facts they state, and what might improve the result. We also offer a free tool that checks whether AI crawlers can read a website.
What we can’t promise
AI assistants are run by other companies and their answers change constantly, including between two people asking the same question. Reports describe what the assistants said when we asked. We don’t control, and can’t guarantee, what any AI assistant, search engine or directory says about your business, and following our suggestions doesn’t guarantee you’ll be recommended.
Your account and use
- Give us an email address you control, and keep your sign-in link to yourself.
- Only order a Fix for a business you own or are authorized to manage.
- Don’t abuse the service: no automated or bulk checks, no attempts to get around limits, and no using it to harass or misrepresent another business.
We may limit, pause or close access that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Free check
Free. No card required.
Watch ($49/month)
- Billed monthly in advance through Stripe until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from billing in your account. Watch stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- We don’t give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it.
Fix ($199, one-time)
- We claim, correct and make consistent your business listings on the directories and profiles covered by the Fix, then send a before/after report.
- Some steps need you, for example approving a verification code from Google or Apple.
- Full refund if you ask before we start work, or if we can’t complete the Fix (for example, because a listing’s ownership can’t be verified).
If you think you were charged by mistake, email hello@highlyspoken.com and we’ll sort it out.
Prices may change; we’ll email Watch subscribers at least 30 days before a price change applies to them.
Your content and ours
Information you give us stays yours; you let us use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Reports are yours to use and share. The HighlySpoken software, design and brand are ours.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or customers, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute can’t be resolved by talking to us first, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and email account holders about significant changes. You can stop using HighlySpoken and cancel any time. We may stop offering the service with reasonable notice and a refund of any prepaid, unused period.
